Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Hand Wash
- Deodorant
- Hair Removal Products
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Lush Glow.
